For primes, purchasers and manufacturers

Know how much of your supply chain

is under Canadian control.

Canadian procurement asks for evidence of Canadian ownership, content and control, and that depends on your suppliers. DewLine checks your suppliers from public sources, then fills the gaps by asking them directly, so you can see and show where you stand.

How it works

From a supplier list to a picture you can show.

Four steps.
Upload your suppliers

A CSV with name and website. You confirm each company from our search before it is checked.

We check the public record

Ownership, operations, hosting, certifications and dependencies, across five dimensions. Every finding has a source and a quote.

You ask for the rest

We generate a report for each of your suppliers, with a private link. You send it to each supplier once for completion, and they answer for free.

See your exposure

A rolled-up report across all your suppliers, by dimension, with gaps, critical dependencies and evidence age. Export it for a bid or an audit.

Five dimensions

What DewLine looks at,

with a source for every finding.
Ownership and decision controlWho owns the company and who makes its decisions.
Canadian economic and industrial contributionWhere the work, jobs and spending happen.
Operational independenceWho can operate, maintain and repair what you rely on.
Technology and data controlWhere systems are hosted and who controls the technology and data.
Continuity and substitutabilityWhat happens if this supplier, or one of its own suppliers, stops.

Each criterion shows supported, not supported, unknown or needs review. Unknown means no evidence was found, not a failure.

Why answerAnswer once, set the record straight

Reuse the same answers with every customer who asks, instead of filling in a new questionnaire each time.

Public sources are often incomplete or out of date. You decide what is accurate.

Your answers stay yoursPrivate by default

Your answers are private by default. You choose which customers see them, and you can stop sharing at any time.

You never pay to answer a customer or to share, and your answers are never sold.

Questions

Before you start

Is this a certification?

No. DewLine results are not a government certification, a compliance ruling, legal advice or a guarantee of tender eligibility.

Does DewLine contact my suppliers?

No. You send each supplier its report and private link. DewLine never emails your suppliers.

What does it cost my suppliers?

Nothing. Suppliers never pay to answer or to share.

How are checks done?

An agent searches public sources after you confirm the company. Every finding keeps its source and quote, results come from stated rules rather than model judgement, and automated results are labelled as automated.

Where is the data?

Hosted in Canada, on a US-owned cloud provider.

Are formal Canadian-content tests included?

They are labelled separately from DewLine's broader sovereignty analysis and never combined into one score.

What DewLine is not. DewLine results are not a government certification, a compliance ruling, legal advice, a customs-origin determination or a guarantee of tender eligibility. Formal Canadian-content tests and DewLine's broader sovereignty analysis are labelled separately and never combined into one score. Missing evidence shows as unknown, not as a pass or a fail. Every public finding carries a source link and a quoted passage. Data is hosted in Canada on a US-owned cloud provider.
